We use NZ Post for all orders.
Rural addresses require an extra 1-2 business days to be delivered, compared to urban areas.
For Australian addresses please allow additional delays during this time.

All orders are considered final, and we do not accept refunds or returns due to the nature of the products. However, any issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, upon notifying us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please reach out to your shipping provider if your item has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately we have no control over products once they’re dispatched.
