Shipping
We use NZ Post for all orders.
Rural addresses require an extra 1-2 business days to be delivered, compared to urban areas.
For Australian addresses please allow additional delays, orders usually take approximately 14 business days.
For all international customers, your orders will approximately take 3-4 weeks depending on your location. We are not responsible for customs and duties tax of your given country. If you have taxes that need to be paid before accepting delivery, please coordinate this with your local postal service.
Privacy & Payment
We pride ourselves on keeping things hush hush. We keep all personal information private, and use a third-party provider for your credit card information to be in safe hands.

All orders are considered final, and we do not accept refunds or returns due to the nature of the products. However, any issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, upon notifying us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please reach out to your shipping provider if your item has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately we have no control over products once they’re dispatched.
