Shipping
We use NZ Post for all orders.
Rural addresses require an extra 1-2 business days to be delivered, compared to urban areas.
For Australian addresses please allow additional delays, orders usually take approximately 14 business days.
For all international customers, your orders will approximately take 3-4 weeks depending on your location. We are not responsible for customs and duties tax of your given country. If you have taxes that need to be paid before accepting delivery, please coordinate this with your local postal service.

We pride ourselves on keeping things hush hush. We keep all personal information private, and use a third-party provider for your credit card information to be in safe hands.

All orders are final. We do not offer refunds or returns due to the nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Our protein shakers are made from glass and are fragile by nature. We are not liable for breakage caused by accidental drops, impact, or misuse after delivery.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly. Once dispatched, orders are under the care of the courier.
